I have over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, 7+ years in Storm Damage Restoration and claim management as well as 10+ years in Optometry. I am IICRC WRT Certified, as well as Texas DHS All Lines Adjuster licensed. I am proficient in Xactimate and will be working on those certifications next! I have had success in different aspects of sales management from multi-unit management, finance and advertising sales which allowed me to develop strong business acumen. I thrive when my position includes growing a business utilizing marketing, sales training, team development and coaching to best behaviors and practices. I excel in a consultative sales setting and enjoy working with people. This sounds like such a standard profile statement but I enjoy helping people tap into their potential, watching them grow and achieve success they never believed they could. I get the most enjoyment out of my team’s successes and knowing that they will always have that skill because WE developed it TOGETHER!
