Typically 5-10 new items would arrive per month, and seasonal items were regularly out of stock or in alternate locations, requiring employees to search the back-of-house and deliver unsatisfactory news to dozens of customers per day.

Taught private lessons via Zoom including: general music lessons, trumpet lessons, and clarinet lessons to students age 5-15.

Started independent landscaping contracts with only two inquiring clients. This rapidly expanded to nearly 30 repeat clients by the end of the season. I worked diligently and thoroughly to ensure that each client was satisfied and did not have any recurring issues throughout the duration of the season. Additionally, I began general handiwork without any pervious experience for clients who needed extra help. This position allowed me to learn every day and establish that clients could trust that my work would be reliably high quality with kind and positive interpersonal interactions.
