MMW is a five-course, lower-division sequence for students entering as freshmen to Eleanor Roosevelt College at UCSD. The program is an academic manifestation of a core aspect of the mission of Eleanor Roosevelt College, namely, “to feature dimensions of international understanding and cultural diversity” and is required of all ERC students.

Working within the Business Improvement District to increase awareness and appeal of the community with a focus on improvement of parking and transportation related issues.-Assist the Executive Director on all general function of the organization.-Special devotion of time to the La Jolla Community Parking District as a staff member.-Accountable for financial and administrative functions of the La Jolla Coastal Access and Parking Board.-Responsible for the operation and execution of two La Jolla Coastal Access and Parking programs including a bus pass program and an off-street parking program.-Responsible for the execution and financial management of the Promote La Jolla Foundation.

Front of house manager for a $10,000 dollar a day/ high volume sports bar. Within 10 months in the position gained highest seniority status.-Responsible for scheduling of more than 30 employees.-Trained in not only front of house but also kitchen operations.-Upheld all quality service standards, from administration to service and sanitation.-Responsible for weekly inventories and bi-weekly food orders.-Accountable for all managerial administration such as accounts receivable, closing procedures, dropping deposits.-Chose leadership candidates for training certification and implemented forward progress within the program. -Facilitated one-on-ones and reviews for all front of house employees.

Ensured service and logistic standards for the largest youth tour company in Orlando.-Airport assistance and navigation-Assistance in hotel check-in and out, including hospitality room setup.-Overseeing and coordinating charter bus moves and dinner show visits.

Served as an administrative assistant for a large hospitality management company. Catered to the needs of more than 40 hotel and restaurant units of various concepts. -Special Projects including creating directories, re-typing forms, putting together books and packets-In charge of comment card management for each property both restaurants and hotels.-General reception including the navigation of a 12 line phone system. -Creation of company wide annual recognition dinner power point presentation.

Responsibilities included copying collating, typing, creative input on concept advertisements, ad design, and filing.
