With over four years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a Claims Liability Supervisor at GEICO, where I lead a team of 8 adjusters to handle complex and high-value claims. I graduated from the Management Development Program (MDP) at GEICO, which prepared me for various leadership roles and gave me exposure to different aspects of the business. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and use it to create and edit reports, letters, and documents. Before joining GEICO, I was an educator at Spotsylvania County, where I taught English and literature to middle school students. I have a passion for learning and teaching, and I enjoy mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals.
