Database Manager in the Development Office. Maintain and update the school’s Development database. Using Raiser’s Edge, provide reporting and mail lists.

Student Support Services Program (SSSP). Update, maintain data quality and query the student database on Filemaker. Interface with the University’s SIS and financial databases housed on PeopleSoft. Manage, reconcile and report on the departmental budget and administer the student employee payroll.

Developed and managed the ongoing corporate customer satisfaction measurement process. Worked with the IT Department to develop a centralized data warehouse to assure data integrity, validity and accuracy. Primarily responsible for providing Senior Management with OLAP reports to evaluate key success measures for the organization.
