As a Campaigns Manager/Senior Campaigns Manager, I designed and implemented opportunity-driven campaign strategies – combining online communications tactics, media expertise and strategic partnerships – aiming at challenging legal, cultural and social systems of exclusion and discrimination against LGBT+ people.

I provided a part-time communications consultancy to Human Rights Watch in Brazil, focused on increasing the organization's visibility and profile among local audiences.

I developed and implemented marketing and communications strategies to advance the organization’s conservation goals in the Amazon region, with a focus on Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

Focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean, I provided legal analysis to contracts of up to US$ 1.5 million. I also developed systems and training to ensure that Latin American programs were compliant with local laws and the organization’s policies and procedures.
