Leads All Out's work in Latin America, managing our local campaigns for LGBT+ rights, as well as our regional budget and staff. I'm also part of All Out's Leadership Team, with shared responsibility for the overall strategic direction of the organization.

After leading the growth of All Out's membership in Brazil, I took on the role of Country Director. In this position, I was responsible for the programmatic and operational management of All Out's work in Brazil, as well as representing the organization with external audiences.

As Director of Programs, I managed All Out's global campaigns for LGBT+ rights, also representing the organization with partners, members, the media and donors.

I briefly took on the role of Acting Executive Director at All Out. In this position, I was responsible for leading our team during a critical leadership transition, helping establish the direction of All Out’s campaigns and strategic planning, hiring new team members and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our incoming Executive Director.

As All Out's Creative and Production Manager, I was responsible for our creative work, including design and video, ensuring all products are on-brand, consistent in terms of style and tone.

All Out is a global LGBT+ rights campaigning organization. As a Campaigns Manager/Senior Campaigns Manager, I designed and implemented opportunity-driven campaign strategies – combining online communications tactics, media expertise and strategic partnerships – aiming at challenging legal, cultural and social systems of exclusion and discrimination against LGBT+ people.

I provided a part-time communications consultancy to Human Rights Watch in Brazil, focused on increasing the organization's visibility and profile among local audiences.

I developed and implemented marketing and communications strategies to advance the organization’s conservation goals in the Amazon region, with a focus on Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

Focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean, I provided legal analysis to contracts of up to US$ 1.5 million. I also developed systems and training to ensure that Latin American programs were compliant with local laws and the organization’s policies and procedures.

I produced content in English, Portuguese and Spanish for online and offline materials - such as press releases, web stories and publications -, and helped manage interactions with local and international media across the eight countries in the Amazon region.
