Current Service Designer at Southern Housing, working across the buisness to be part of the drive for real change for both staff and customers. I have completed 3 courses with IDEO U around service design and making those ideas come to life so all stakeholders can come along the journey. I have worked within the housing sector for 6 years, in income recovery and lettings departments. I have completed the groups new Managers Essentials course and have trained as a Fire Marshall. I also have previous experience in Nursery Management where I ran a team of 15 staff where we cared for 50 children per session. Here I dealt with all day to day customer enquiries, staffing, compliance, invoicing and planning and ordering for the setting.
