In this role I was responsible for the following portfolios: finance, information technology and communications, human resources, business development/marketing, logistics, and property (land and rail) management for this State Owned Corporation. I was also the Company Secretary where I was responsible for the organisation’s compliance with legislation and legislative reporting, strategic planning, corporate governance, insurance, risk management and provision of advice/assistance to the Corporation’s Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Committee.

This State Government Agency managed all facets of land tenure and natural resource management of crown land in NSW. I led 5 direct reports and 110 indirect reports in three program areas: commercial land development; land tenure administration; and environmental land management, located across 8 decentralised offices throughout southern NSW.
