In the role of Holistic Counselor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist.Offering face to face , online or by phone to anyone that has challenges or in situations that they want to change. Sandy is in private practice using the many modalities that support individuals with Trauma, Addictions, Relationships , Grief and loss . She uses mindfulness to underpin the therapy to provide emotional regulation as well as a sense of connection to self and others to allow peace and freedom to choose what's best for themselves. Sandy provides individual sessions from teenagers to mature and the elderly and also offers Couples Therapy using the Gottman Method.
