In May 2020, TALK.GLOBAL and M&C Saatchi Public Relations merged to create an exciting new company; M&C Saatchi Talk.• Full ownership of diary management for CEO & COO• Extensive diary management for CEO & COO - liaising with both existing and potential clients in order to schedule meetings / events / meeting areas• Being direct support and direct link to both the CEO & COO for all staff and clients• Travel management - booking on behalf of the CEO & COO by communicating with travel companies worldwide• Managing all expense claims and managing bank statements• Responsible for responding on behalf of the CEO & COO when they are out of office• Assisting with all Formal Board Meetings• Diary management for CEO and all other companies she works with (British Fashion Council, British Beauty Council and the Fragrance Foundation)• Responsible for all incoming Office-based enquiries from external companies as well as internal from staff• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Office upkeep• Provide support to the Finance Director with regards to payroll and pension documents.HR Admin support including:• Creating contracts for new starters • Organising an Induction Programme for all new starters• Setting up new starters on payroll system• Ensuring a smooth set up for all new starters• Scheduling internal / external training sessions for the Board & members of the team• Handling the Leavers process, including holding exit interviews, closing down Outlook accounts, informing the IT department and closing down accounts on the HR system. • Provide support to the Head of TalentCertified Mental Health First Aider
