Sales Manager
CurrentThe Sales and Marketing Manager is one of three key GLCC management positions, reporting directly to the Management Team Facilitator (CEO). I am responsible for all sales and marketing activities, chief amount those being customer relations, market analysis, new account development, and staff education on key marketing and sales issues.This position continues to review existing sales and marketing procedures, make recommendations regarding product pricing, market share potential and operating strategies. Within the next five years, I am expected to strengthen GLCC’s position in the upper Midwest region, identifying new business opportunities for the company’s products, regularly consult with other staff to manage overlapping responsibilities and increase their marketing awareness and, finally, insure delivery of the highest level of personalized service to each customer.
