Leanne Wagner is a proven business strategist and life sciences consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She has held leadership positions in planning, commercial operations, manufacturing, and R&D in both the prescription and over-the-counter sides of the business. Leanne has been especially effective building connections between deep technical silos to ensure that the products brought to market have clear, medically valuable differentiation and that the organization is well-positioned for successful commercialization. Much of her work has involved translating between Research and Development and Commercial or Manufacturing and Commercial environments.Her focus is now on Not-for-Profit board service where she currently serves Oberlin College as a Trustee, serving as Vice-Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Chair of the Title IX Compliance Subcommittee, and Chair of the Compensation Subcommittee. Leanne is on the board of the Urban Affairs Coalition, serving on the Governance Committee. She is a past-president of the Board of Maternity Care Coalition, and is a member of Impact100 Philadelphia.
