Ledion Lico is a highly experienced AI/Data professional and researcher, working as a data scientist at Paychex. In his current role he has worked on a variety of machine learning and deep learning projects including customer interactions transcripts data analytics, job titles prediction and normalization, customer segmentation, growth prediction, and others.
