CurrentDeveloped and delivered strategy to take the organisation from an unincorporated association to a multi-sport Charitable Trust, by building relationships with multiple partners. Developed funding and other income streams to significantly increase scope & scale of the organisation.Part of the team that enabled Brentford FC to obtain planning permission for a new stadium in 2013, specifically by demonstrating how focused community engagement creates sustainable social impact cost savings. Now developing a new community strategy for the step-change into the new Brentford FC Community stadium and adjacent flagship Community Sports Hub at Gunnersbury Park, one of the largest Park Life projects to date.
