I am responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of a number of offices and supervision of other cleaners.

I am employed as Relief Support Worker at Mencap. I am currently undertaking training and have attained a number of social work certificates including Health and Safety Cert, Fire Safety Cert, Safeguarding Cert, First Aid Cert, Moving and Handling People Cert, Working With People Cert My duties are Safeguarding vulnerable adults Assisting people with.

- Sorting and collating parcels- Working differing labour hours including evenings- Recording inbound and outbound goods in transaction booklet- Using own initiative- Monitoring delivery performance- Liaise with ‘on-site’ staff to inform of daily progress- Organising workloads and ensuring deadlines were met
