Responsible for the training, inventory, maintenance, and administration of the Marywood Learning Commons' Dematic Automated Storage/Retrieval System (AS/RS), administration, customization, initial support, and workflow of the Koha Integrated Library System (ILS), and the programming and maintenance of the custom connector between Koha and the AS/RS. Also responsible for various technology-related projects as needed.

I act as the liaison and primary point of contact between Verizon Wireless and individual line holders. The responsibilities of the position include purchasing devices and accessories after written approval from an authorized signer, providing technical support via phone, email, or in person, as well as researching mobile solutions as necessary.

I worked part-time under supervision of the Help Desk Manager and other Help Desk staff providing phone, email, and in-person assistance and Level 1 technical support to students, faculty, staff, and guests including basic training involving ant-virus software education, basic troubleshooting tips and techniques, and handling scheduling and supplying of rental equipment (tape recorders, CD players, laptops, and projectors) to individuals.
