HelpCloud is a virtual tech support company, similar to Geek Squad. My role as a sales representative includes:1. Calling customers who reach out to us with a technological issue2. Getting connected to that device and analyzing the issue3. Pitching the best service to help them with their specific needsAt HelpCloud, our main goal is to make the user experience (of mostly old people - our main customers) much smoother no matter the technological device they use.Also, I created a google sheet to help the sales team track their weekly statistics and goals. It also showed previous weeks’ statistics allowing you to compare and contrast your results.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in an internship at Utah Retirement Systems through Brigham Young University's On-Campus Internship program. The tasks that my team and I faced were threefold. First, to gather research on infrastructure managers and their funds to narrow the selection down to those that have the highest chance of producing exceptional results. Second, to rank each of these managers based on a unique and specific criteria and to create a formula that scores the managers in each of these categories. Third, to create a ten-page market research report and present our findings in a presentation to the company's infrastructure team and CIO at the end of the project.

At Bella Collina Country Club my role was largely to work with members/guests and management to provide the a simple and smooth experience on and off their 27-hole course. The outdoor service team and I focused on setting up golf carts with member's golf bags, cleaning the golf carts, setting up various tournaments and events, and assisting the members/guests with any questions or tasks they had for us. Note: I worked here from August, 2020 to late March, 2021 then left for a college term but came back and worked in the Summer from June, 2021 to August 2021.
