Provided full range of Waste and Recycling management for multiple bases and response teams. Quality assurance implementation for site and resulting health and safety program that encompasses a wide variety of possible environments. Manage all aspects of site including maintenance/utilities, procurement, scheduling, testing and compliance.  Zero injuries or lost time accidents while site manager. Managed EHS/Safety program and compliance.  Implemented and oversight of Recycling program saving over 1 million dollars in assets from waste streams. Process improvement analyst for operations.  Full range of Quality/Safety management including COSHH, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Procedure creation and implementation.  Main point of contact for contract with multiple military and international entities. Main liaison between contractors and military commands concerning contract administration and responsibilities. Oversee required environmental activities, studies, tests, analysis, and observations. Evaluate reports and results; make recommendations as necessary for maintaining overall environmental compliance to minimize environmental risks, restoration, planning and technical issues.  QAE for waste/hazardous waste treatment center including all aspects of site construction, maintenance and operation. Full auditing of operations.  Provide technical guidance to USF-I on US Military generated waste and captured waste.Interpret data and observe to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines  Manage environmental project activities including scheduling, tracking, and planning for environmental assessments, site investigations, feasibility studies and remedial action plans.  Develop compliance strategy to meet regulatory requirements for waste/waste water/water management.  Analyze, develop and implement activities to track and measure the overall health of the [USAF/USF-I] environmental program. Provide technical and programmatic support for USAF/USF-I for the Automated Civil Engineering System [ACES] applications as it pertains to environmental/waste/recycling projects. Development of overarching environmental theater policy including Iraq specific Environmental SOP’s

Safety planning and environmental/air sampling responsibilities. Fully versed in decontamination requirements and implementation. Documented training and experience including exposure to HM/HW and hostile environments, HazMat/HazWaste field experience and Emergency Spill Response Plan preparation.  Conduct environmental surveys, baselines and site closure surveys for Garrison on Victory Base Complex. Transition Yard Supervisor. Responsible for proper identification, segregation, containerization and turn in of hazardous waste/materials assigned to Transition Yard.  Officially recognized by multiple military entities for being integral part of environmental operations throughout Iraq theater.

In charge of building and leading a team of professionals in handling a variety of operational functions at $700 million chemical agent neutralization plant, processing over 1 million gallons of material each year. Manager for all maintenance\utilities and PM operations. Responsible for Quality System implementation over shifts. Overseeing implementation of SOP driven operations and Field Instructions. Liaison with foreign clients, government agencies, safety entities and environmental organizations. Rolled out new safety guidelines and procedures, leading to this facility having the lowest incident rate in the demilitarization industry. Responsible for implementation of incident command system within multiple departments consisting of planning, contingencies, response, rescue and decontamination/clean up. Supervisor of operations department including planning, shipment, decontamination and handling of numerous hazardous chemicals, all waste/water permitting and testing, grounds/road maintenance. Coordinated workloads, labor costs and material purchasing for two different government projects, each worth $2 billion and involving chemical demilitarization. Greatly enhanced morale and production levels by linking communications between line staff and top executives in an effective manner.
