I also act as a bridge between the sales and technical areas of the business.I will be in regular contact with the installers and collate feedback so as to assist the business in the development of it’s products and improving it’s services.My daily duties include; dealing with product knowledge related enquiries, following up leads, meeting potential installers, delivering presentations and supporting the business at expos, both in the UK and in Europe.I have over 30 years experience in the retail/sales sector, including 7 years working in the renewable heating industry.
