I am a transactional real estate lawyer specialising in residential development and commercial property.I have extensive experience dealing with all aspects of residential development and have been involved in the full lifecycle of schemes from site acquisition through to the asset management of estates, disposals, and all transactional property work that arises during this process. I have experience acting on property disposals including the sale of developments, the sale of commercial buildings, the grant of commercial leases and plot sales. I am experienced in reviewing, reporting on and varying s106 agreements, negotiating nomination agreements in addition to acting on infrastructure transactions that are essential to residential development. All of this experience ranges from sites of less than 10 units to large scale regeneration projects of more than 10,000 units.
