The Chamber of Commerce NT is the peak employer organisation in the Northern Territory. The Workplace Relations team liaises directly with members providing both a telephone advisory service and representation at different forums, including the Fair Work Commission. Advice is provided on a range of industrial issues of a highly complex nature, such as unfair dismissal, general protections, bullying, investigations, Enterprise Agreements, interpretation of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards , and advice on performance management, discipline and termination of employment processes. We also deliver training on employment related topics.
