Monitored clients portal daily for return requests on all 3 accounts (UK, Germany and France) and then supplying them with a returns number in order to return the goods to CMS for a credit.Any discrepancies on returns from Clients would get sent directly to me to raise a dispute on the portal in order to get clients to resolve and pay the discrepancy.
