Being a Team of 2 this is a very hands-on position to ensure all International Accounting duties and deadlines are met around month-end, Audit and Tax compliances. I have for the last 6-months been running Global Accounting since the Corporate Controller left and another Senior member of the Team has been on Paternity leave.Managing the US\Global Accounting from a Treasury\Cash forecasting perspective, ASC606 Capitalized Commissions and the Global Audit and Tax filings.I work closely with our internal payroll teams to book payroll journals and external payroll providers where we operate an Employee Of Record (EOR) model in locations where we do not have a legal entity to mitigate our Permanent Establishment risks.I have built strong working relationships with our external advisors around Corporation Taxes, Audit, Transfer Pricing documentation and coordinating the deadline for all the relevant filings.
