Responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and performance of 14 production lines, and the receipt and processing of 44 million pounds of product annually in an SQF level 3 facility with RTE and Raw production. Led teams of over 100 salaried and hourly associates and managed various departments including Supply Chain, Finance, Maintenance, Operations, and HR while working in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Grower Relations, and the Executive Team to drive business improvements focused on sales-building and cost-leveraging initiatives. Additionally, led a successful 43% growth year over year by identifying and improving process efficiencies and implementing continuous flow processing through automation. Worked diligently to revamp the facility's culture through accountability, recognition, and goal setting. Developed and implemented a training matrix, line certifications, and progression plans to move the facility from institutional knowledge to documented procedures and cross-training. Restructured the accounting close to improve from 7 days to 4 days. Facilitated the annual financial audit and performance review for the business unit.
