Oversaw the expansion of the Department's capabilities from three to nine bases, 40 to 80 vessels, and over 120 response trailers. Coordinated Subject Matter Expertise for the construction of over 40 vessels up to 24M in LOA, and Barges of 3500GT. Oversaw design details for new bases, docks and supporting infrastructure. Collaborate with the Engineering and Maintenance Department on all aspects of sustaining our vessel, vehicle, and trailer fleets, along with bases. I led 12 direct reports in coordinating the training prior to deployment, managing the day-to-day operations during deployment, and coordinating support from several outside agencies. My team also inventoried, packed, loaded, shipped, and disposed of thousands of tons of equipment.
