 Transformed tasks and procedures into their most basic steps and created picture stories to communicate them.  Coordinated over 200 required parent/teacher/student/administrator meetings per year. Created jobs within the school and recruited local businesses to give our students jobs, taking the program from two jobs to 15+ in-school jobs and 6 community positions resulting in a 1,000%+ increase in jobs obtained.  Collected and documented data on students’ progress.  Delegated responsibility for two to four other Teaching Assistants in the classroom. Asked to create, implement, and manage a copy center, called The Titan Depot. It became a successful, award-winning, on-campus business for 20 of our most at risk kids to work each year.  Improved the center’s now excellent reputation by producing quality products in a timely manner. Designed order forms, mapped processes, outlined policies, delegated work projects, marketed copy services, and won business.  Recognized by the School Administrators and the center was showcased to the Board of Directors. Maintained customer database to nurture and build relationships. Awarded the "Apple" by the head of the math department for being "always ready to help".
