Manager Leasing And Land Management
CurrentReporting to the Head of Property, the role heads the Land Management Unit and provides direction, support and coaching to a team of Senior Property Officers, Property Officers and Facility Officers. The position has oversight for the delivery of the organisations strategic and corporate objectives involving leasing and land management. Directly responsible for management of the Land Management teams development and implementation of strategies and policies covering:-• Management and strengthening of Council's Commercial, Sporting, Community and Government Tenancy Portfolio's;• Development of strategies and programs for the management of Council's land holdings;• Financial portfolio analysis and development of budgets;• Negotiation of agreements and land transactions impacting Council owned and managed landholdings; as well as• Development and implementation of maintenance and asset renewal programs for tenanted facilities within the Sporting and Community Tenancy Portfolios.The position is accountable for resourcing and performance, project and program delivery, budget and financial planning, and the integrated performance reporting of the Land Management Team.
