Tasks include gathering client requirements and understanding their business processes and needs, while offering solutions and training on the software along the coordination of timelines and resources to ensure a successful launch.1 Manage complex integrations for customers through the SaaS Implementation Life Cycle, from project initiation, product implementation, maintenance and support.2 Develop Custom project plans based on client needs, timelines and resources, including tasks, timelines and testing.3 Successfully execute custom project plan ensuring client satisfaction and solidifying future business.4 Provide consultative services to ensure clients are utilizing Oracle’s products to the fullest.5 Train clients to utilize the product web based portals post-launch.
