Henry served as the Special Assistant to CEO, supported post-merger integration, assisted series B fundraising, initiated an strategic partnership with listed company, and executed GTM of enterprise solution sales to financial institutions.(2021.01) How Securities is the first and only financial institution that has been transformed from a FinTech startup in Taiwan Sandbox history. Henry served as the Special Assistant to GM, co-worked with government sectors including FSC, TPEx, and TDCC, single-handedly managed 100+ business contacts, and secured 20+ contracts with fund houses within a quarter before official launching. Besides, Henry participated in cross-sector cooperation projects with VCs, e-payments, banks, securities, and startups.(2018.08) INA Energy is a renewable energy company, spin-off from Tmesis. Henry participated in the structural design of an RTO project and conducted the due diligence and deal-making with a target company.(2017.02) Tmesis Capital is a hedge fund that utilized quant models and AI technologies into the trading process to optimize decision-making quality. Tmesis co-developed a Fintech project, social trading platform, with a chairman of global listed group from Singapore. Henry served as the project leader and conducted two roadshows in Singapore, pitching to 10+ potential investors, including the top security firms such as DBS and UOB.
