Technical Associate
CurrentProvide technical support for hardware issues on multiple enterprise storage systems to include, but not limited to VNX, NetApp, Hitachi, Isilon, Data Domain and other enterprise storage systems. Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to instability or usability issues. Triage support materials to identify faulted hardware and provide resolutions based on findings. Responsible for working as a point of contact for Field Engineers to replace equipment within various arrays. Ticket management and assignment.
