I have over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, specializing in quality improvement, accreditation, and patient safety.In my current role, I work with clinical teams, leaders, and stakeholders to implement evidence-based practices, monitor performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement. I also support the accreditation and regulatory compliance of the organization, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices. Previously, I led the preparation and execution of successful accreditation surveys and audits as a Manager of Accreditation Improvement at the same organization.
