The RealReal is an online and brick-and-mortar marketplace for authenticated luxury consignment based on the circular economy with 18 retail locations and 3 e-commerce sites. TRR sells consigned clothing, fine jewelry, watches, fine art and home decor. I was responsible for authenticating, inspecting, copywriting, pricing, and identifying collection info for secondhand luxury merchandise.Selected accomplishments include:• Achieved 126% MTD goal with 0.89 error rate consistently surpassing department goals with minimal assistance.• Awarded Auth Superstar 3 times for finding the most highly questionable items in a month out of 87 authenticators and escalating special vintage pieces to the High Risk team.• Obtained Level 2 certification with over 100 hours of training on authentication methodology (IAV).• Assist with marquis and high-value product, identify season information and runway looks (Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, Christian Dior, Moncler, et al.).• Cross-sku into different 7 categories including: contemporary and luxury womenswear, menswear, swimwear, kids, shoes and accessories.• Price luxury, marquis and high-value items based on trends, DSI velocity, retail value and internal database.• Work alongside category leads to complete VIP consignments, develop and present training presentations.• Provide assistance to new hires and act as point person for category and team shadows.• Reauthenticate and process customer returns while conducting quality control for the department.

Our main account was Acurian Health which connects people with clinical research studies that offer treatments under development. I was responsable for managing the inbound team, training, quality assurance, scheduling, delivering client reports and taking callers through the pre-screening process.Selected accomplishments include:• Supervised and guided team of over 40 agents on both inbound and outbound campaigns.• Created material for training and inducted new hires.• Audited and verified quality assurance for calls twice a month for each agent.• Scheduled shifts and vacations for all employees on Acurian account.• Communicated and reported directly to the client through email and biweekly meetings.• Implemented disciplinary forms and actions; gave feedback and reprimand to agents.• Wrote daily reports on call volume and raw data.

I was responsible for developing the brand identity, conducting market research, designing, sourcing, and pitching.Selected accomplishments include:• Conceptualized the identity of the brand, and presented elevator pitch to investors. • Redacted the initial business plan; conducted target market research, presented 4 major fashion trends with 20 subtrends and 10 global consumer trends. • Selected and quoted textile vendors and garment production factories and workshops. • Designed unisex collection with 10 outfits and 2 colorways each and produced flat designs and tech packs and specs. • Curated content and developed plan for social media engagement through activism initiatives.

Piluca is a childrenswear brand linking traditional Spanish-inspired garments with Guatemalan colors and quality fabric. I was responsible for designing, market research, flat sketches, sourcing, supervising production, content creation, photoshoot preproduction, styling, and visual merchandising.Selected accomplishments include:• Investigated 40 childrenswear fashion trends for 4 seasons for 2 brands. • Designed and presented 570 flats for spring/summer and fall/winter collections for 2 brands of which 108 pieces were selected for production. • Produced flat designs and tech packs for production company along with estimated fabric consumption. Created sheets to track amount of fabric and trims supplied as well as samples, designs and products delivered. • Sourced vendors and communicated constantly with fabric supplier, artisanal knitter, prints designer, manufacturing and screen printing companies. Coordinated meetings, put in orders and supervised production and quality control for each provider. • Crafted a social media marketing plan and delivered calendars with one month in advance. Photographed, styled, wrote copy, and generated 140 social media posts for Facebook and Instagram for 2 brands. • Organized and coordinated lookbook photoshoot including creating moodboard, styling outfits, and making props to get the end result of 23 photos and 5 gifs. • Proposed visual merchandising ideas and rotated the clothing in the store bimonthly. Proposed window dressing ideas with budgets for holidays.

Workaholic is a studio specializing in art direction, branding and editorial design. I was responsible for jewelry design, market research, arranging collaborations, managing production, styling photoshoots and generating social media content.Selected accomplishments include:• Delivered reports with market research, 8 jewelry trends, 10 consumer trends, and 9 direct and indirect competitors used to develop 6 initiatives and product launches for the brand. • Adapted and updated the company’s previous brand book and employee guidelines to reflect their changes and rebranding. • Designed fine jewelry collection for men and women following guidelines in brand book. 120 sketches were handed in each with different colorways of which a total of over 450 were chosen to be rendered.• Arranged collaborations between the brand and independent designers. • Styled and assisted during photoshoots. • Photographed and generated content for social media.

Escarlata, now known as Navarro Official, is a jewelry brand that fuses ancestral techniques and the use of energy crystals to create handmade accessories.Selected accomplishments include:• Designed 3 necklaces and helped produce 99 pieces of jewelry with semiprecious stones and chainlink. One of my designs was featured on the cover of the Guatemalan fashion magazine "Look" and two were used on the television show "El Sabor de Mi Tierra".• Created and translated technical specs for 15 pieces that were exported to Greece. Calculated cost of production, FOB and sales price in excel spreadsheet. • Composed and styled outfits in Photoshop for 4 articles for the brand’s official blog and social media.• Facilitated during photoshoots and fashion shows by packing collection, polishing jewelry, and styling models.*I was an intern from May through June. Then in November and December I was contacted to continue helping with production.

I was responsible for customer service, sales, consulting, and managing inventory.Selected accomplishments include:● Educated customers on brand history, values and made informed product recommendations based on knowledge of 40+ skincare ingredients and properties.
