• Review, assess, comment, and advise on all Technical Operations aspects of the venue during and post-handover of the venue.• Lead on proposing suggested suppliers, notably event staffing such as security and production crew.• Create all associated in-house paperwork, SoW, policies, procedures, manuals etc. for the venue from scratch, in advance of the official opening.• Work with the FM Manager, Engineering consultants, Contracted FM Company and Project management company with regards to the venue needs, at handover stage• Providing guidance to FM Company regarding their initial takeover from the construction company and the maintenance of technical systems• Supporting the recruitment search for the Production / Technical operations team, providing recommendations on team structure and assessing departmental JD’s and helping with interview/selection of departmental candidates.• Support with assessment of FM operational plan and provide guidance• Assess all venue technical aspects and providing advice on remedial works as required.• Ensuring compliance with Live Nations contract pertaining to production / technical requirements• Creating and Submitting a Weekly Venue Readiness Report to be discussed on a weekly basis with wider team• Coordinate with Project Mangers and FM Services the appropriate training of all permanent operational staff for relevant equipment and systems.• Attend and record all testing and commissioning activities, making sure allpre-requisite documentation has been submitted in advance.• Coordinate daily with FM management to implement a secondary inspection, reporting and snagging system (Priority Categorization)

• Liaise with, Operations Manager & Faciality Manager if any incidents occur and are a hindrance to daily operations of the Arena’s.• Provide technical support for performances & events in both arena’s internal & external.• Undertake basic maintenance duties as required.• Assist in strategic plan & management of logistics, venues & transportation.• Maintain the buy or hire of equipment for each event with the supervision of Venue Operations Manager within budget, technical needs based on the company procurement policy.• Promotion of best working practices and maintain high production values, and have certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours. • Supervision & assistance of the ongoing maintenance of technical equipment.• Preparation and adherence the required manuals, charts and files of Venue Operations Dept.• Monitor and follow up on indicants reports in relation to venue, equipment and/or stores.• Provide relief for team Director, and undertake other tasks assigned by the Director and General Manager. • Assisting the events team in defining the scope of services required for organizing of events and discussing all logistics with the events and operations teams. • Liaising with exhibitors and/or promoters to understands their requirements and address any raised concerns or queries.• Collecting feedback from stakeholders on the management of the events and their suggestions for improvement for post-show reports; working on changes in future planning and organizing by incorporating new ideas and implementing the feedback received.abha-arena.com | lusail-arena.com
