The National Agency Erasmus+ is responsible for the management and delivery of the European Erasmus+ programme for education and training in the Netherlands. This includes the management of application and selection processes for financing, contracting and monitoring projects, disseminating and mainstreaming project and programme outcomes and impact, and promotion of the programme.

REF FM helps organisations in refugee camps and settlements to establish and run community-based radio stations for/by refugees and host communities. To give them a voice and a sense of community and to inspire them to become more self-reliant.

Founded in 2002, and based in the Netherlands, bhutan+partners inspire people and organisations from Bhutan and Europe to connect in the fields of business, culture and sports.

Werkplaats Kindergemeenschap is a school for primary and secondary education, based on the principles of sociocracy. 'Workers' (the pupils) and 'co-workers' (their teachers) are co-responsible for the curriculum. The school was established in 1926 by reformist educator Kees Boeke.

As Faculty Director/Dean, Lem van Eupen was responsible for the academic, personnel, financial, and administrative affairs of the faculty. She was in charge of the Institute for Media, the Institute for Communication, the Research Centre Communication & Journalism, and the Centre of Expertise Creative Industries UCreate (a public-private partnership). She was accountable for the strategic positioning of the faculty and the pursuit of key performance indicators, reflecting marketplace needs and fitting within the university mission. Furthermore, she contributed to policy development at the university level.

MDF Training & Consultancy is a world wide training and consultancy agency, whose mission is to enhance management capacities of professionals and organisations.

As Deputy Director, Lem van Eupen specifically focused on the ongoing strategic direction of Radio Netherlands Worldwide, the Dutch international broadcaster. She guided the organisation towards a new vision, mission and strategy - and acquired the funding to realise its goals and objectives. She worked with a team that generates analysis and insight with regard to the relevance and added value of RNW’s worldwide activities and that initiates and coordinates driving experiments with innovative concepts in the field of technology and new crossmedia formats. Furthermore, she explored, developed and coordinated new (strategic) partnerships – both national and international - and represented RNW in international platforms.

As Head of Strategy, Lem van Eupen advised the organisation on existing and new target audiences, target areas, content, formats and an effective distribution mix. She also managed a project bureau from which driving experiments with innovative concepts in the field of technology and new crossmedia formats are initiated and coordinated.

The Novum Foundation facilitates projects aimed to improve the well-being of visually impaired and blind people, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Examples of projects are research on cerebral visual impairment, the development of tactile books for children, early intervention projects in Vietnam, and a training programme for special education teachers in Tanzania.

As General Manager of RNTC, Lem van Eupen worked at the crossroads of media, education and development. She was responsible for the worldwide activities of this centre of excellence – ranging from face-to-face training, e-learning courses and blended learning programmes to programmes in support of organisational and institutional development.

As manager of the office in Europe, Lem van Eupen was mainly responsible for RNTC's activities in the field of professional training and coaching of media professionals in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe.

The Platform for International Education promotes activities of Dutch Institutes for post-secondary education in the field of institutional strengthening of education and research capacity in developing countries and countries in transition, through education, research and consultancy for students, staff and mid-career professionals.

AIM/VoAMF facilitates community based reporting to bring out African community issues to the attention of a wider audience and to influence corresponding policies and actions. It encourages talented young Africans to play an active role in reporting about their communities by taking advantage of new media.
