For me one of the most valuable learnings from the Vestas turnaround was the chance to find the initiatives requiring minimum effort + no/low budget + our own skills and aiming for maximum results. Especially driving the global onboarding process by establishing KPIs end effective survey results in close co-operation with the Analytics and global HR partners proved valuable.
