For me one of the most valuable learnings from the Vestas turnaround was the chance to find the initiatives requiring minimum effort + no/low budget + our own skills and aiming for maximum results. Especially driving the global onboarding process by establishing KPIs end effective survey results in close co-operation with the Analytics and global HR partners proved valuable. It helped us take data-driven decisions and invest our time where we could make the biggest difference.........I have a passion for using my learning skills to help people at all levels of the organization grow and develop.With a focus on people, planet and profit and the heart and mind of a learning consultant, I work with stakeholders to identify the competency gaps and provide blended learning solutions that will help employees implement their new skills/behaviors in today’s complex workplace.
