As a partner of a mom and pop shop located in Brooklyn, NY, Leo started to focus on putting products on Amazon to see where the online space would go with the products he manufactured. For many years, Leo was only selling to businesses in the New York Tri-state area. He started with 4 products online, and all of a sudden the business took a life of its own. Hundreds of new products were added on over the course of a year and all of a sudden he had customers through the U.S. With a new focus on E-Commerce, OxPlastics.com was created. This allowed farmers, households, restaurants, shipping companies and corporate clientele to call and speak to the actual manufacturer in order for them to receive the best customer care and product as possible.

Rite Pac was a distributor and wholesale company that started in 2001. One of the first companies to focus on distributing garbage bags alone, it started to build up a customer base and has kept the same customers over the entire lifespan of the company. Leo bought into the company in 2011 and increased sales by over 25 percent over the first few years. By focusing on the actual product, speaking and dealing with the customer base on a daily basis, Leo understood the needs of each individual customer and was able to focus in on everyone. This was a tremendous learning experience that was only able to be acquired by owning this business.
