Report to :Site Manager of ACS TJMain Responsibilities:1. Perform as PM of PMO to be in charge of IT outsourcing projects. 2. Lead Development and Testing team work on projects, including Website development, E-payment system, Electronic Child Care etc.3. Lead Team to work in whole Project lifecycle and make sure the smooth and successful delivery on planned date, make technical decision with Austin peers and come up with high level architecture designing. Offer day-to-day project tracking and report project status (including all project metrics data) to all stakeholders, manage the expectation of stakeholders, also. Host project meeting with client and project team, lessons learned session too. Manage L3 support team on issue/problem/event working.4. Supervise IT team, create IT software/hardware purchasing plan and execute purchasing. Create IT Governance process of ACS*offer ITIL training to team in order to ensure all IT processes align with the best practices ITIL regulated.5. Build up the team and manage recruiting, offer the performance review to the team. 6. Participate in the EPPIC 2.0 Product upgrade project.Experienced the project of EBT

1. Offer Presale support and create technical solution proposal2. Lead and work on high level design, inputs on WBS working.3. Bridge between client and technical team, perform as BA sometime.4. Make technical decision5. Assist on UAT
