I love talking about fitness. I love talking about social media. I hate talking about myself. Since this is LinkedIn, here's 5 things I'd love for you to know about me:1️⃣ I worked as a fitness instructor for 18 years teaching group exercise programs like Les Mills BODYPUMP. Core, BODYCOMBAT, BODYJAM, amongst many other programs. I coached thousands of members to get to their fitter self with focus on technique, precision and discipline. 2️⃣ I'm a digital junkie. I spend half my time trawling through the web to learn about the latest fitness trends and read through the latest scientific studies. I love creating online content to help the followers of my group exercise Instagram account.3️⃣ I generated over $36,000 in membership sales and over $10,000 of personal training packages between August - December 2021 for Fitness First Singapore by leveraging on social media.4️⃣ I worked in a supermarket during the Covid-19 Circuit Breaker as a means to support myself since the fitness industry was not an essential industry.
