To ensure GM assembly plants located in America, Europe and Asia keeps operating according to company´s requirements. To mentor, coach and develop the Supplier Quality local team increasing their effectiveness and skills to lead suppliers and ensure they are in compliance with GM corporate and legal standards. Deliver on time quality goods to GM Assembly plants worldwide to keep operating manufacturing sites with the highest efficiency on current and new products launched.Achievements:• Zero shutdowns at GM manufacturing plants worldwide due to Supplier’s under my team´s responsibility.

To lead, coach and manage local Chinese group and oversea team during all vehicles launch phases to ensure, a flawless launch and achieve all program team´s milestones including Timing, Cost and Quality. Ensure customer’s satisfaction and maintain company productivity, avoiding Manufacturing disruptions current vs. new vehicle programs in all 6 SGM manufacturing plants.
