The Southeast Patrol Fleet is tasked with protecting and safeguarding the Southeast maritime area of Brazil, a region of high maritime traffic, intense import and export activities, and numerous oil platforms. As Head of Finance, I was responsible for overseeing four different divisions, totaling 30 military personnel, and managing the Fleet's budget. This role ensured the highest level of activity for the headquarters and its 11 subordinate ships.I successfully contributed to the fleet by redesigning the procurement team and processes, creating a comprehensive procurement plan, and increasing pooling and transparency. Additionally, I managed financial planning and the supply chain, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
