I started my professional journey at Service Bank, which provides bank services.At the end of my trainee contract (2 years), I received a job offer to start working at the same bank as an administrative assistant at a SICREDI credit union. I worked as a bank teller, treasurer, and finally, administrative coordinator, doing all the responsibilities and functionalities of an administrative manager.In 2011 I finished my professional journey at SICREDI and started in the IT world at a multinational company called NEOGRID. I started in the electronic document traffic monitoring area. In a short time, I joined a support team, serving customers of standard accounts, and soon after, I started serving customers of key accounts.In 2018 I started as a customer service supervisor, managing 10 people who served Tech & Premium customers and Financial EDI customers.I am currently a customer service supervisor on the team that works with visibility data quality, where I manage 25 people. I was also responsible for creating a team job profile.On the academic side, I graduated in 2017 with a degree in advertising and publicity.
