As a UX Designer, I work on designing digital solutions for RNP's main partners such as MEC, MCTI, and other clients.Using Design Thinking methodologies as a foundation, I work in an end-to-end dynamic in the project development process, going through all the necessary phases for the creation of digital products: Discovery, Definition, Development, and Delivery.As part of a squad, I am constantly in contact with my peers, participating in multidisciplinary groups that include project owners, requirements analysts, front and back-end developers, managers, among others.My main responsibilities include:• Analyzing user data and behavior• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research• Producing navigable prototypes/layouts for App/Web• Recording requirements in immersion meetings• Creating a conclusive report on interfaces based on user tests• Conducting end-user testing journeys• Proposing new user journeys based on immersion inputs observations• Conducting UX talks in design sprint sessions• Developing wireframes• Developing screen prototypes in market software• Developing interface standards based on market studies• Unifying the interface standard for new and legacy systems• Observing user behavior in information systems• Understanding the complete user journey from pre to post-service• Developing high-fidelity design• Creating, implementing, and managing design systems• Creating hand-off documentation for developers.

Acting as a full-stack designer on various projects: Branding, Stationery, UX, UI, front-end development, Wordpress/Joomla website creation, content marketing, Adwords, among others. Over the years, I have been specializing in UX/UI, enhancing my delivery through a systematic end-to-end process view. Among the functions performed are kick-off meetings, market analysis in conjunction with the client, benchmark research, wireframe, prototyping, and final deliveries.

Como sócio desenvolvi as seguintes atividades:• Branding - Desenvolvimento de todo o projeto de criação e aplicação da marca Nós no Chile;• UI - Criação e desenvolvimento do projeto de interface do site e demais canais online como newsletter, e-mail marketing, postagens em redes sociais, e-books, entre outros;• Desenvolvimento WEB - Desenvolvimento do site em plataforma Wordpress otimizado para SEO com suporte ao AMP e design responsivo;• Criação de campanhas de marketing - Definição, desenvolvimento e implementação de campanhas de links patrocinados, inbound marketing e marketing de conteúdo;• Comercial - Atendimento e relacionamento de parceiros comerciais.
