The National Infrastructure Commission is an executive agency under HM Treasury responsible for providing expert advice to the UK Government on infrastructure challenges facing the UK.I led a study on UK infrastructure planning policy and headed the qualitative data quality assurance process for the Commission's landmark Baseline Report, which sets out the current state of the UK’s economic infrastructure and identifies key challenges for the coming decades

Drafted decisions, resolutions, and other issuances (including dissenting, separate, and concurring opinions) adjudicating petitions filed before the Supreme Court that deal with the interpretation and application of civil law, criminal law, commercial law, remedial law, and political and international law. Decisions drafted include decisions that have enriched Philippine jurisprudence by settling novel or complex legal disputes, specifically on government procurement, the special penal law on anti-graft and corrupt practices, property law, banking law, the law on succession, and the law on dangerous drugs.

Participated in the litigation of several civil and criminal cases pending before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and various Trial Courts, as well as represented clients before various local government units, administrative agencies, and quasi-judicial bodies in relation to a variety of legal matters involving mining, energy, petroleum operations, infrastructure, corporate restructuring and housekeeping, taxation, land registration, foreign investment, environmental compliance, and competition law

Participated in the finalization of a landmark legislation – Republic Act No. 10667 or the Philippine Competition Act, the Philippines’ pioneer anti-trust law - and drafted Senate Resolutions and legal briefers for Senator Paolo Benigno A. Aquino IV.

Assisted in providing free legal assistance to indigent clients under the Public Attorney’s Office, the principal law office of the Philippine government that provides free legal assistance to poor litigants

Assisted in the processing and resolution of citizens’ concerns raised before the Office of the Political Adviser under Office of the President of the Philippines at Malacañang Palace, Manila
