📍 What activities are developed on a daily basis?✅ Data consulting for different product teams, aiming to provide more efficiency and operational excellence in AWS analytics environments.✅ Implementation of scalable, low-cost data pipelines to support the Billing and Payments teams in their decision-making processes.✅ Organization and management of data needs for the supported management, in collaboration with product managers, for optimizing deliverables.🏆 What was the most relevant project developed during the period?✅ The main project developed was the leadership of DITH, an initiative started by the Change and Data Governance team to encourage the consumption and manipulation of data within the bank's business areas.✅ During the project, I had the opportunity to prepare a rich resource on techniques for data manipulation using SQL in AWS Athena.✅ By the end of the training, we achieved over 82 NPS points, impacting more than 20 analysts with different levels of seniority.‎‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

📍 What activities were developed on a daily basis?✅ I acted as a bridge between the Analytics Engineering Management and the Subproducts Management, actively participating in the squads' daily activities to understand their data needs.✅ As a result, I provided more accuracy to the business-relevant data by building a data pipeline that generated key performance indicators for 8 (eight) different card products.✅ Furthermore, recognizing an opportunity in how we document our projects, I developed DOCTHOR, a solution aimed at standardizing and simplifying the way we document.🏆 What was the most relevant project developed during this period?✅ As mentioned earlier, I developed DOCTHOR, a tool designed to facilitate the documentation process of projects and processes across the different data specialties of the Data PRG superintendency.✅ To achieve this, I built a form using React and CSS, which, after being filled out by the user, automatically generated a markdown file with the complete project documentation in a layout pre-defined by the data governance team.✅ As a result, the solution significantly improved the quality of documentation, ensuring the maintenance and continuity of projects. Additionally, it directly contributed to achieving 100% of projects documented within the Analytics Engineering specialty.

📍 What activities were carried out on a daily basis?✅ I encouraged the use of democratized data within the operations squad, as during this period, we were migrating the data sources of the environment triggers from on-premises to the data mesh.✅ To achieve this, I played a key role in the discovery, cataloging, and analysis of data sources across different domains, acting as a direct interface with the data producers and information owners.✅ Additionally, I reduced costs and improved process performance by refactoring several SQL queries, which later facilitated the migration of projects to AWS.🏆 What was the most relevant project developed during the period?✅ Aiming to increase project performance and enable operations during business hours, I optimized a project that consolidated open incidents from various bank channels on different topics.✅ Before optimization, the data pipeline processing time ranged from 6 (six) to 8 (eight) hours per day, making it impossible to re-run during business hours if the process encountered a failure or anomaly.✅ As a result, the data pipeline execution time was reduced to 3 (three) hours per day, making it possible to reprocess in case any failure was detected. Additionally, all business rules were reviewed and updated.

📍 What activities were developed on a daily basis?✅ I positively contributed to the insurance squad by developing automations that monitored our data pipelines, ensuring the security and reliability of the processed information.✅ Additionally, I supported different product/business teams in their analyses by enabling data pipelines that resulted in databases and dashboards with the key performance indicators for each team.✅ Finally, I worked extensively on documenting the projects in the department, ensuring the continuity and maintainability of processes, as the business rules were constantly being changed.🏆 What was the most relevant project developed during the period?✅ With the aim of tracking the lifecycle of an insurance contract, I developed the retention curve for contracts and clients, making it possible to monitor the product from inception to cancellation.✅ To achieve this, I organized schedules with product teams to understand the rules and, mainly, the specifics of each business, which significantly contributed to my communication and ability to negotiate project timelines and movements.✅ Furthermore, the project greatly contributed to my technical growth, as I implemented the entire ETL flow using various tools such as: Python, SAS Enterprise, Shell Script, Tableau Desktop, and Tableau Server.
