Total flow of 94 MHL (Million Hectoliers) of Beer and 33 MHL of Soft Drinks per year.- Footprint plan proposal, including capacity CAPEX to sustain the company’s strategy and growth for the next years, including new facilities, production lines, current lines debottlenecks, etc. Best projects as a result of Supply chain design modeling, with complete financial analysis (ROIC, payback, and IRR).- South America zone (ABI SAZ) network modeling for Glass, malt, and cans. M0-M4 methodology to a network of suppliers and breweries, analyzing capacity constraints and studying solutions with the procurement team.

- Management of transportation routines along a 3PL partner, including productivity, safety, maintenance, and people. Total of 215 drivers and 70 Trucks.- Daily network of fleet operation, optimizing available trucks to the best destinations, and overseeing costs and cycle time. Achieved a productivity of 87% (target was 79%).- Implementation of Wholesaler operation in the direct fleet, generating extra revenue through shiping to a new channel- Dedicated fleet and spot operation budget management.

- Warehouse personel and routine lead. 20 direct associates.- Rollout and Ramp up of the dedicated Fleet operation. Started with 9 Trucks and 36 Drivers (May 2018) and developed to 43 Trucks and 182 Drivers (December 2020)- Dedicated Fleet’s safety, productivity and cost KPIs Management. Started the project with 53% Productivity (Gross Transport Yield) and reached 87% of productivity by the end of 2021. (43 Dedicated Trucks, 183 Drivers). - Achievement of the highest Monthly and Yearly loading volume of Plant’s History.- WMS Implementation and utilization ramp-up in the operation.

•Implemented the standard carriers evaluation process, ranking and evaluation 10~15 delivery service providers monthly in the 4 DDCs.•Standardized and automatized the Routine processes of the Transportation sector.•Automatized the daily expected delivery costs process using VBA and SQL, core function for the invoice audit process.•Transportation BUDGET process.

-Inbound and Outbound frenchs contratation-VBA modelos development for 3rd parties transports partners evaluation-Monthly planning of transports allocation for each DCC (4 in total)

•Developed Petroleum production Models (Arps and Duong’s Models) using VBA. The models were able to predict Oil and Gas production in 40 years’ time horizon, analyzing historical data and applying them in the model’s equations and factors.•Plotting and analysis of Type Curves for each model and simulations.•Synchronization of the Simulation Model with economical evaluation tool, being able to predict operational costs based on inputs and finally evaluating the model, prediction its economic viability.
