As a UX Lead, I was challenged to build a White Label Solution for a LXP (Learning Experience Platform).I achieved significant results in four key areas:1- Onboarding Acceleration: I developed and implemented a streamlined process to capacitate new UX team members. This ensured a smooth transition, allowing them to quickly familiarize themselves with our tools, workflows, and design process.2- Standardization of Design Operation: I established comprehensive standards, including file nomenclatures (including acronyms), presentations, prototyping, specifications, and detailed documentation.3- UX/UI Tasks: I delivered a Learning Experience Platform White Label solution with my Team.4- Sales Material: I was a bridge between the UX team and the Sales Department, ensuring the sales presentations accurately reflected the latest product features and updates to pitch to potential clients.The key areas above demonstrate my ability to optimize processes, enhance collaboration, and work with a terrific Design Team.

The Company had an objective to build scalable and unique B2B Learning Products in different fields that focused on Leadership, Sales, and Health, which would supply the general needs of the Organizations. Problems to Solve:Structure Style Guides for each Product and apply methodologies like design thinking, empathy map, user personas, and other Google Design Sprint phases. Then, that was the moment of converging the information into wireframes, prototypes, and usability tests. Results:At the end of the design process, the team launched three products on the market and started applying continuous improvements based on users' feedback. Also, It's important to highlight that I was responsible for building two e-commerce websites in WordPress (Nursing Healthcare and Leadership Path). The goal was to pitch the Products and sell licenses to a B2C audience.
