I have responsibility for quality oversight and compliance across the organisation, ensuring our schools, colleges and residential services deliver outstanding outcomes for the children and young people in our care.

I am responsible for delivering Priory Education and Children's Services Quality Improvement Strategy for Education. I aim to ensure that all Priory's schools and colleges provide good to outstanding provision. I have been the safeguarding lead for the division and chaired the national Behaviour Steering Group. I also contribute to the national CAMHs school group, FE group and Headteachers' Network.

As one of three Senior Managers, I provided strategic direction and operational support to run 'include', a wholly owned subsidiary of Catch 22 which provides alternative education and schools from primary to post 16. I managed 6 schools with experience of registering, opening and running new primary and secondary SEMH schools. I had national responsibility for Quality and curriculum development.

Created partnerships with Local Authorities and schools to introduce and embed personal finance education into the curriculum This included operational leadership in the region, delivery of DCSF 'My Money' contract, development and delivery of learning resources, schemes of work and training. Supported Local Authorities to be accredited as Centres of Excellence.
