Managed the day-to-day office procedures for a business improvement district / advisory body to the City Council. Followed guidelines and modus operandi for civic organizations. Organized events, conducted media outreach and relations, designed agency collateral for Concerts in the Plaza series, world-famous farmer's Market, and public works awareness campaigns for projects affected the downtown business district. Account reconciliation, and executive director support. Oversaw two website redesigns and re-branding. Responsbile for maintaining excellent relationships with members, other agencies, and the general public.
