My beginning position as a dishwasher included answering and submitting phone orders, bussing tables, and washing dishes. As a hostess I greeted guests in a timely and friendly manner, managed circulation of tables being sat, and helped the servers in any way possible. As a server it was my responsibility to provide professional and friendly service to customers. It required knowledge of product, cash handling skills, and sometimes conflict resolution.
