I’ve been a journalist for 20 years and still love it. I started my first broadcast news job while still in college and by the time I graduated, I was at my second station producing my own 60-minute newscast. That same drive, determination and persistence remains just as strong today. So does the passion.I’m currently working as a news producer at iHeart Media in Phoenix, which is the hub for a national wire service. My TV producing career spans over four stations. The longest was 13 years at ABC15 in Phoenix where I was promoted to Executive Producer in 2010. I know how to connect with my words, how to structure and adapt content for any audience, and how to write in a conversational voice. I’m especially creative, proactive, think outside the box, meticulous, extremely organized, detailed and very visual.
